Tarte au sucre d’érable / Maple Sugar Pie
Ingrédients
2 tasses sucre brun
6 c. à table farine
4 c. à table beurre
1 tasse crème 35%
½ tasse sirop d’érable
Instructions
Cuire au feu doux jusqu’à ce que ça soit épais.
Battre avec un fouet et vider dans une croute de tarte déjà cuite.

2 cups brown sugar
6 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp butter
1 cup cream 35%
½ cup maple syrup
Instructions
Cook over low heat until it is thick.
Beat with a whisk and empty into an already cooked pie crust.
